My Computer won't run Legends of Equestria...

Hey Guys. I just wanted to let you all know that I'm pretty bummed out, because my damn computer won't let me run Legends of Equestria! I tried downloading it, because I wanted to play it. I opened WinRAR, and I extracted it, but it didn't open the game setup or anything, nor did it even add it to the desktop. Now I can see why so many people Hate Windows Vista. I thought Windows Vista was underrated, but it's really not. I can't even run Legends of Equestria, which is complete bullshit! Sorry for swearing, I'm just pretty mad that I can't run Legends of Equestria. I wanted to play it so badly! Well, I won't make myself feel worse by talking more about it. If any of you guys have Legends of Equestria, please tell me what it's like, I'd really love to know. Thanks.
